Let's get something straight. Global inclusion is not a box we check on some corporate responsibility form. It's how we look at everything, every service we build, every partner we work with, every piece of content we put out, every person we hire.
Here's what we mean by global inclusion: the people generating the most growth, the most cultural influence, and the most entrepreneurial energy in the world deserve real access to the resources, platforms, and capital that have historically been locked away from them. That's it. That's the work. And this work doesn't stop at the US border.
